Last month, the City of Fort Collins City Council unanimously adopted a new Parking Plan which incorporates technology-based ideas such as the electric vehicle public charging stations pilot program, and providing pay-by-cell phone options to allow customers to extend parking time beyond the two-hour limit (without having to run outside and feed the meter).
 
Technology is the driving factor for so many changes in the world, and we are beginning to see this movement in community associations.
