We probably all set goals for our community associations, but are they only in response to a short-term agenda for that year? Every board needs to look at the “big picture” when it comes to the health of its community associations, so it can lay down clear multi-year goals, policies, and action items for future business decisions. To do this you need a roadmap; a roadmap to identify those goals, to establish clear steps to meet them, and to keep you focused along the way.
