As we monitor the evolving COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) developments, we are reaching out to our clients and colleagues to advise you of the steps we are taking and to assure you of our continuing availability to serve your legal needs.
Given the recent Public Health Order 20-24 (“PHO”) issued by Governor Polis, our offices are now closed until April 11, subject to any extensions or amendments, issued by Governor Polis. However, our professional staff has the ability to work remotely, with appropriate support. While there may be some minor delays in certain services given the restrictions imposed by the PHO, we will continue to do our very best to be responsive to your needs throughout the shutdown.
Please note that our front door vestibule will remain open in order to allow for drop off of payments using the drop box; however, our in-person payment window is closed.
With respect to limiting participation in both internal and external events/meetings, please note the following:
- We are cancelling all Manager Lunch Forums and Board Classes through April 11. We will notify you if we decide to reschedule these forums/classes to another date.
- We are cancelling all in-person visits through April 11; however, we are always available by phone at our regular numbers.
- If you have a court appearance scheduled with us please be sure to contact the attorney with whom you are working, as some courts have already begun rescheduling court dates.
Once the PHO is lifted, we anticipate office hours, forums/classes, and all other business to proceed as scheduled. We are actively monitoring the situation so that we can ensure the safety of our members and will update you as decisions are made.
We offer our best wishes for your health and welfare, and that of your family, friends, and your staff. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to monitor and react to this situation.
