As we continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) developments, we are reaching out to our clients and colleagues to advise you of the steps we are taking and to assure you of our continuing availability to serve your legal needs.

Given Governor Polis’s decision to move from Stay-at-Home protocol to Safer-at-Home protocol, our offices remain operational with reduced in-person presence.  Those of our attorneys and professional staff who continue to work remotely do so with appropriate support from the office.  While there may be some minor delays in certain services given the restrictions still imposed, we will continue to do our very best to be responsive to your needs throughout.

Please note that our front door vestibule has remained open throughout the shutdown in order to allow for drop off of payments using the drop box, and our in-person payment window will reopen as of Monday, April 27, and will be operational during normal business hours moving forward.

With respect to limiting participation in both internal and external events/meetings, please note the following:

  • We are cancelling all Manager Lunch Forums and Board Classes through May. We will notify you if we decide to reschedule these forums/classes to another date.
  • We are discouraging all in-person visits through May; however, we are always available by phone at our regular numbers.
  • If you have a court appearance scheduled with us please be sure to contact the attorney with whom you are working, as some courts have already begun rescheduling court dates.

Once all restrictions are lifted, we anticipate office hours, forums/classes, and all other business to proceed as scheduled.  We are actively monitoring the situation so we can ensure the safety of our employees, clients, and association managers and will update you as decisions are made.

We offer our best wishes for your health and welfare, and that of your family, friends, and your staff. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to monitor and react to this situation.
