We are excited to announce that our second Community Can-Can Grant has been awarded to Springmeadows Condominium Association located in Fort Collins. Springmeadows Condominiums will use the grant money to purchase a new entry sign that had been hit by a car 7 years ago. In order to save money, a board member constructed a new sign out of wood and plastic letters, leading realtors to comment that the sign could be hurting resale values because it is the first thing people see when they enter the property. The new sign will be the focal point of an entryway renovation. In conjunction with installing the new sign, the board is organizing volunteers to clean-up and revitalize the area where the sign will be placed as well has hold a community-wide cookie potluck and ribbon cutting ceremony.
