David Firmin and Loura Sanchez were each quoted in different articles in the March/April edition of Common Ground.
David was quoted in the article entitled, “Direct Access” about Colorado’s legislation, specifically legislation aiming to strengthen homeowners’ rights by requiring association boards to be more transparent. David discusses the difficulties behind disclosure of -email addresses in particular.
In addition, Loura Sanchez was quoted in the feature article on violence and threats directed at leaders within community associations. The article, “In Harm’s Way” takes an in-depth look at different stories regarding what associations leaders are facing in their day-to-day jobs and volunteer positions, particularly after the recent tragedy in Louisville.
