DORA has set the hearing on its proposed rules regulating manager licensing for January 2, 2015. Public comments will be taken during the hearing held at the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center in conference room 1B located at 2 East 14th Ave., Denver, CO 80202.
In anticipation of this hearing, DORA has issued the proposed rules. These rules are different than the rules sent out earlier this year. So, we recommend you review them carefully. We will review them and write more in the upcoming weeks on items of concern and what they may mean for managers.
