In a hearing of the House Committee on Finance which lasted late into the night on April 17, 2019, the Finance Committee voted 8-3 to refer HB19-1212 un-amended to the House Appropriations Committee. It is expected that, with only two weeks left in the legislative session, the Appropriations Committee will act quickly on HB 19-1212 so it may be sent to the Senate for action.
