With the fate of manager licensing still in the air, many CAMs are waiting for a definitive answer before rushing out to get their continuing education credits. If you happen to be one of those managers, you may want to rethink your strategy.
Currently, CAMs are required to get eight continuing education credits between July 1st and June 30th every year. This means you have less than six months to get your credits completed (if you haven’t done so already). If you’re waiting for confirmation that manager licensing will remain intact, you may not know the answer until April or even May 2019.
CAMs who are not getting their credits now, may get stuck being 8 credits short with only one or two months left in the cycle. Don’t be that CAM—plan ahead. If you’re not sure where to get credits, check out Altitude Community Law classes, which are all approved for CAM and CMCA continuing education credits.
