From its inception in 1988, this firm has placed great importance and emphasis on education. It has always been our philosophy that education in the community association industry is imperative to the success of associations, board members, and managers alike. For this reason we have, and continue to, dedicate a great deal of resources to researching, developing, and creating first class educational programs.
Our programs include monthly “lunch forums”, webinars, and full-day classes, allowing managers to earn credits for their CAI designations. Our lunch forums and full-day classes come in all sorts of styles and formats, including but not limited to lectures, interactive formats, and game show formatted presentations in our onsite classroom. We are also happy to present our programs at other locations as may be requested by boards and managers.
For those individuals who cannot make it to our office for lunch forums or full-day classes, we also offer internet-based education by way of webinars, which are also offered on a monthly basis. You never have to leave your office or home to participate in a webinar, and it’s during the lunch hour!
We also offer classes specifically created for board members that focus on the directors’ rights, obligations, duties, and powers. These classes are offered six times a year from 5:30pm to 7:00pm to accommodate work schedules. We also partner with several Colorado cities to present educational workshops geared towards board and volunteer leadership.
Therefore, no matter who you are, or what your style of learning is, there’s an educational program that’s right for you!
