This class is being hosted by the City of Longmont, not Altitude Community Law.

Due to various ambiguities, many meeting myths have been adopted over the years in HOAs. Misunderstanding meeting requirements and voting processes in an HOA board is easy, given the less than clear requirements in an association’s governing documents.
