HOA Night on the Animas – Sponsors

Don’t miss the first community association event of its kind in Durango! AREM HOA & Property Management and Altitude Community Law are partnering to bring education and a vendor showcase to you! There will be two classes with dinner and time to meet attendees in between sessions. We are excited to have David Firmin, Shareholder at Altitude Community Law, presenting, followed by Andrew Klausen, Reserve Specialist at Association Reserves.

Sponsor Set-Up: 3-4pm.

Classes, Dinner, and Sponsor Visits: 4-7pm

Raffle: 7-7:30pm

Sponsor Tear Down: 7-8pm

Thank you for your interest in partnering with us! To purchase a package or extra attendees, email Sommer Sims at [email protected] to confirm availabiliy. We will be providing name badges, so please include the first and last name, along with the organization and position of your attending staff members in the email. Payment instructions along with an invoice will be sent once your email is received. Registration is due by August 15, 2025.

The tables at the venue are 8ft, come with two chairs, and are not pipe and draped. We are planning for an attendance of 250 people. There will not be assigned tables.

RAFFLE! We strongly encourage sponsors to bring a raffle prize of your choice ($25+). We will automatically enter attendees into a raffle when they register and you will have a chance to come up on stage after the final presentation to give away your prize!
