When it comes to HOAs, there will unfortunately be conflict.  Whether it’s conflict between board members and owners, or conflict between directors, or conflict between two owners, some type of conflict usually exists.  Join us for this hands-on session in which we explore different conflict management techniques and even let you try them out!   In this class we will explore how different personalities respond to different types of conflict; we will also explore people’s hot buttons and how to spot and avoid them.  By the end of this session, you will have tools that allow you to better address conflict in your communities.
