2020 was a very “interesting” year, which tried and tested our wills, patience, and creativity when it came to conducting association business. So what did we learn from all of this insanity? This class will focus on all the new and innovative ways associations utilized to conduct business amidst the stay at home orders, safer at home orders, and the various requirements concerning social distancing, wearing face masks, and other restrictions.

This class is approved for 1 hour of CMCA Credit.
