This two-hour webinar will discuss various statutes (both at a state and federal level) that impact Colorado HOAs and how to ensure your community is complying with them. Although nobody expects community managers and board members to know all provisions of statutes, this presentation will focus on the broad and basic impacts of each statute so as to provide a general understanding of the applicable laws and how they impact community associations.
