As our economy goes up and down, delinquencies increase and decrease accordingly. But, no matter the status of our economy, delinquencies still exist and must be addressed by associations. Therefore, it is imperative for boards to become familiar with the collections process and what can and can’t be done under the law. This class will focus on providing you information regarding all aspects of the collection process, so you can make educated decisions with respect to delinquent accounts in your community.
