Whether you have owners in the community that can no longer take care of themselves and forget to turn off their stoves, tenants who party all night and annoy their neighbors, or gun-toting, fireworks shooting, foul-mouth yelling individuals who threaten anyone who comments on their behaviors, you will receive many complaints and demands to do something about this unacceptable behavior. So, what can an association do when it receives complaints about these types, and other, individuals whose actions or inactions actually threaten the health and safety of others or otherwise interfere with residents enjoying their properties? Please plan on attending this presentation if you want to explore options and learn about associations’ limitations when it comes to these types of behaviors.
