Policies, Resolutions, and Rules—What’s the Difference?

Although we tend to use these terms interchangeably, they all have different meanings and purposes.  Why do we care?  Because these types of documents are common place in the HOA world and sometimes semantics do make a difference.  If you have ever been confused by the difference between these terms, plan on attending this class where we will discuss the differences between them and what each type of document is intended to do.
