Now is the Time to Amend Your Governing Documents

​​​​​​​2020 certainly provided us with some time for forced reflection. I went through a period of reviewing what worked, didn’t work, could use some refinement. I dusted off some dreams, created my wish list, threw out the bad stuff. I now feel like I’m in a much better position to face 2021 and beyond. Don’t you want that feeling with your HOA? In particular…your governing documents?  Are they good, bad, or ugly? Maybe they’re ambiguous or hard to enforce. Maybe they have obsolete or undesirable provisions or gaps. Maybe they’re out of compliance with Colorado law.
