Negligence—Do You Know It When You See It?

The term “negligence” is used loosely and thrown out by many, but do you know that “negligence” is a legal term subject to legal analysis?  According to the law, factors exist for identifying negligence and an analysis using these factors must be utilized before negligence may be proven.  Plan on joining this webinar to gain a better understanding of this term so that you can identify negligence when you see it.
