Have you noticed people are getting less and less tolerant of their associations, board members, attorneys, vendors, and each other?  Why is this happening and what can be done about it?  This session delves into the ongoing phenomenon of people getting meaner, less patient, and completely intolerant of others.  We will also explore options for dealing with and diffusing these types of individuals, especially in an HOA context.   If you’ve been on the receiving end of “meanness” and need some ideas, this class is perfect for you!

This class is approved for 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for community association managers, if you are not currently a manager please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.
