This session is an annual update that reviews significant occurrences in 2023 and the preceding 12 months, impacting the HOA world. In this session, we will review case law that impacts associations in Colorado and around the country. Additionally, we will review legislation presented in the 2023 Colorado legislative session targeting or affecting HOAs.
