Let’s face it. Nobody likes talking about insurance (except a select few), but most will admit it is necessary to have a basic understanding of insurance in the context of common interest communities, how it works, and the legal requirements pertaining to insurance. There may not always be an insurance professional or attorney available when questions come up and understanding the basics is imperative to answering directors’ and homeowner questions. In this class we will discuss the basics of insurance and how it can impact our communities.
This class is approved for 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street). Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and take the elevators down to the first floor. We will be waiting for you when you exit the elevator.
