Each year, City of Boulder Neighborhood Services hosts Homeowner Association (HOA) informational sessions, a series of classes hosted in direct response to resident requests for additional information related to HOA management, legal updates and networking opportunities.

2020 offered time for reflection and an opportunity to clean out the old and bring in the new. Jump into 2021 by dusting off your HOA’s governing documents!

Maybe they’re ambiguous or hard to enforce. Maybe they have obsolete or undesirable provisions or gaps. Maybe they’re out of compliance with Colorado law. Maybe they’re over 20 years old and don’t reflect today’s needs and desires. Bottom line: Maybe it’s time to amend your governing documents. Join our partners at Altitude Community Law for a presentation and Q&A covering the top reasons why you should amend your governing documents, the amendment process for each document, and best practices for getting your amendments approved.

In support of public health guidelines, this session will be presented online.
