     5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

This class is being hosted by the City of Greeley, not Altitude Community Law.

Has a homeowner ever accosted you and accused the association of doing horrible things it had no right to do? In most cases, this is nothing more than a lack of understanding. Just because the authority is not specifically stated in the declaration, articles, or bylaws, does not mean it doesn’t exist. In fact, CCIOA and the Nonprofit Act contain a whole list of association powers that exist even if they are not specifically mentioned in the governing documents.  Interested?  Plan on attending this session to learn about statutory authority granted to associations and parameters of same.

All classes will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family Funplex at 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be served. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Community Development Office.
