Think you got it all down?  Most associations do, yet many still make mistakes because the law is very specific, and somewhat convoluted, when it comes to meetings.  You should plan on attending this class to ensure all your homeowner meetings are complying with the various legal requirements.  This class will cover everything from meeting notices to proxy parameters to motions from the floor to counting ballots.  A class you cannot afford to miss if you are responsible for handling membership meetings.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.
