Associations tend to struggle with certain aspects of imposing assessments and fees.  Specifically, there are oftentimes questions about charging move-in/move-out fees, imposing fees for owners with pets, etc.  These types of situations involve analysis of not only the governing documents, but of the law.  In this class, we will discuss the general concept and laws pertaining to imposition of fees and review specific situations to determine whether such fees may be imposed.
