Enforcement Pitfalls

This class will focus on the pitfalls of covenant enforcement we see over and over again.  In this session we will discuss the fining process, drafting enforceable rules, and “evidence” you will need to prove your case to a judge in covenant enforcement litigation.   We will also discuss preventative steps you can take to ensure your community stays on track when it comes to the enforcement process.

This class is approved for 2 hours of CMCA Credit.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street). Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and take the elevators down to the first floor. We will be waiting for you when you exit the elevator.
