Although it is always recommended that associations have their contract proposals reviewed by legal counsel prior to signing, some associations still don’t do it. If you manage or sit on the board of community that does not have its legal counsel review contracts, this Webinar is imperative to learn about necessary contract provisions to protect associations and some no-no’s when it comes to negotiating contracts. Even if your community does utilize legal counsel, this class will also provide a benefit to you and allow you to recognize problem areas in agreements before submitting the contracts for review.
