Contracts–Loophole Hunting and Boilerplate Bingo

At one point or another, all associations enter into contracts; whether the contracts are for landscaping, pool maintenance, or granting easements over common areas for laying fiberoptic cables. And with any contract comes the question of whether the association should sign on the dotted line. But before doing so, it is imperative the contract be reviewed to ensure the association is adequately protected.
