This session will focus on the difference between these two collection methods and the advantages and disadvantages of both. So if you’ve ever been confused by the collection process and especially confused when foreclosures are being recommended, sign up for this class to learn the difference between the two and advantages of both.
This class is approved for 2 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 2 hours of CMCA Credit.
This class is designed for state licensed managers, if you are not currently a manager or are not planning to get licensed please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

This class is being held at 555 Zang Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228. Please park in the main entrance parking lot located on the north-west side of the building (not facing the street). Enter the main entrance lobby (not facing the street) and take the elevators down to the first floor. We will be waiting for you when you exit the elevator.
