For most communities, collections are a necessity.  But “collections” may be accomplished by different means depending on the situation.  For example, an association may collect against an owner by initiating a personal lawsuit, or it can collect by initiating a foreclosure lawsuit against the property.  Somewhere in the middle is the receivership option as well.  But how do you know which option is best for your community and what the differences are between these options?  These are the questions to be answered during this class, so plan on attending if you aren’t sure about what collection options are out there.

As with all of our in-person education, these classes may be changed to webinars depending on Covid-19 restrictions and regulations to ensure everyone’s safety.

This class is approved for 1 hour of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for community association managers, if you are not currently a manager please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

Please sign in by 12:10 in order to receive CMCA credit!
