Whether or not your community had a Colorado Civil Rights Division complaint filed against it or not, it’s something your community will likely experience as these types of complaints continue to increase.  So, what exactly is this type of complaint?  It is a formal accusation that the association is discriminating against someone in the community filed with a Colorado state office that then investigates and decides as to whether probable cause exists to believe an association discriminated.  Do you know what to do if such a complaint is filed against your association?  Do you know what the possible ramifications are if the Division finds that probable cause that the association discriminated exists?  This class will explain the complaint and response process as well as share examples with you of actual complaints filed and results obtained.

This class is approved for 1 hour of CMCA Credit.

This class is designed for community association managers, if you are not currently a manager please contact our office (contact information below) to see the availability for this class.

Please sign in by 12:10 in order to receive CMCA credit!
