We often get questions from associations about hierarchy of laws and rules, and whether their association covenants or rules may be more restrictive than local laws, state laws, or even their master community restrictions. In this class, we will examine various situations where association rules or covenants were more restrictive than other laws or rules and provide you with tools for analyzing these types of situations moving forward.
