This class affords managers yet another avenue to obtain all eight required continuing education credits in one day!  This class will center on in-depth analysis and review of CCIOA, the Nonprofit Act, and other statutes impacting common interest communities in Colorado.  We will also focus on the applicability of CCIOA to pre-CCIOA and post-CCIOA communities and the difference in the treatment of both.   If this sounds boring, and an opportunity to take a long nap, it’s not!!  We promise the class will actually be fun, interactive, and informative.

This class is approved for 8 hours of CAM Continuing Education Credit and 8 hours of CMCA Credit.

The all-day program will be held in the Independence Ballroom at Main Street Station – 505 S. Main Street, Breckenridge, for the cost of $139 per attendee which must be paid in advance of the program.  We do not take credit cards.  Please make your payment of $139 payable to Altitude Community Education and mail to Altitude Community Law, 555 Zang St., Suite 100, Lakewood, CO  80228, Attention:  Education.    Please note attendee name(s) and date of class on your check.  A 48 hour cancellation is required to receive a refund.
