Are you already involved with your HOA and looking for a greater understanding of the legalese and statutory concepts that govern them? Then this is the class for you!
This class will center on in-depth analysis and review of CCIOA (Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act) and the Nonprofit Act. We will also focus on the applicability of CCIOA to pre-CCIOA and post-CCIOA communities and the difference in the treatment of both.
Feel free to bring any relevant questions you might have to discuss as a class.
