For many associations, annual meetings are just around the corner.  And for many boards, unfortunately, this is a time of confusion and angst, with even the most experienced board members and managers scratching their heads.  What kind of notice do we need to give? Are proxies permitted if we are meeting online?  How do you conduct a secret vote via Zoom? Can we forget the meeting and just do everything by mail?  Do we have to allow nominations from the floor? Can we record the annual meeting? These and other questions on Annual Meetings will be answered at the upcoming HOA Informational Session for the City of Boulder.
