This class is being hosted by the City of Aurora, not Altitude Community Law.

How many times have decisions of your board been questioned and challenged by owners claiming the board does not have authority to make sure decisions, without owner approval and input? The struggle is real in many associations, and boards are oftentimes accused of doing horrible things when making decisions, leaving directors to wonder whether they did something wrong. But are owners justified to make sure allegations, or are these allegations due to a lack of understanding? Join us for this presentation in which we will examine the division of power between boards and owners and determine what associations can and cannot do without owner input or approval.

All classes will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, Aurora Room. Light refreshments will be available. Pre-register with the Housing and Community Services Office by emailing [email protected].
