Aurora City Class – Termination, Merger, and Separation of Communities

This class is being hosted by the City of Aurora, not Altitude Community Law.

A recent trend we’ve noticed when it comes to community associations is exploring the possibilities of termination, merger, and sometimes separation. And as these topics tend to come up again and again, it is important to have a basic understanding of what the processes look like and whether they are even feasible. In reality, none of these options are easy to accomplish and involve a huge time and monetary commitment. So, if your community is currently wondering about any of these options, you cannot afford to miss the presentation.

All classes will be held from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Aurora Municipal Center, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway, Aurora Room. Light refreshments will be available. Pre-register with the Housing and Community Services Office by emailing [email protected].
