Dysfunctional family dinners, over-the-top holiday decorations, and snow removal complaints! What can possibly go wrong during the holiday season? In this class, we will look at various problems associations face during the winter holiday season and discuss best practices for addressing such problems and keeping them from repeating themselves in future years.
