Approval Requirements for Document Amendments—What Are the Options?

Sometimes it is not clear what the owner approval requirements are for amendment of various governing documents.  Oftentimes, the answer is not stated clearly in the document and one can never be sure when/if the requirement is in violation of state law.  During this Webinar we will discuss the problem areas of document amendments and approval requirements, as well as explore solutions to these situations.  After all, document amendments impact most common interest communities at one point of their existence or another.
