Willow Arnold

Willow Arnold’s practice focuses on litigation for the firm’s Colorado community association clients. Prior to joining Altitude Community Law, Willow gained extensive experience at national law firms representing marquee national clients in the retail clothing, banking, restaurant, and entertainment industries defending these companies against workers’ compensation and employment law claims. Willow has a lifetime-winning workers’ compensation hearing and jury trial record. Willow was raised near Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, and attended undergrad at New Mexico State before transferring to Colorado State University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science. She earned her J.D. at DU Law School. In addition to her work as an attorney, Willow enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, watching movies, attending hard rock and metal concerts, and hoarding cats.
