Taylor Minshall was raised in Lakewood, Colorado. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business communications at DeVry University in Westminster, Colorado. He earned his juris doctor degree and LL.M. degree in international business transactions at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. His experience includes corporate and commercial law, transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and civil and commercial litigation. Taylor works in the firm’s transaction team and business law group. Taylor enjoys an active lifestyle, traveling, and spending time with his family.
