Jack Hakim is an associate attorney at Altitude Community Law where his practice focuses on transactional and corporate law for an array of the firm’s community association clients in Colorado. Prior to joining the team at Altitude Community Law, Jack gained extensive experience at a national law firm practicing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance/formation/restructuring, and real estate transactions. Jack was raised in Monroe, Louisiana and attended undergrad in New Orleans, Louisiana at Tulane University, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in finance. He earned his J.D. at Tulane University Law School. In addition to his work as an attorney, Jack enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, fly fishing, and golfing.
