Collections—What Are the Trends?

With all the legislation in 2022, and most notably HB22 – 1137, what are we seeing as the trends for collections?  There was much confusion over the actual requirements in the new law, do we have any clarity now?  Plan on attending this presentation if you are still confused about the collection process after legislative overhaul of the process, to see what we have learned and how collections are being conducted in reality.
