HB24-1274 – Uniform Consumer Debt Default Judgments Act

This bill would affect default judgments entered for consumer debt, defined as “obligation of an individual to pay money that arises out of a transaction in which the money, property, etc… that is the subject of the transaction is primarily for personal, family or household purpose.
