This two-hour webinar will discuss various statutes (both at a state and federal level) that impact Colorado HOAs and how they function. Although nobody expects community managers and board members to know provisions of various statutes, this presentation will focus on the broad and basic impacts of each statute so as to provide a general understanding of what laws exist and how they impact community associations.
