Longmont City Class – HOA Insurance Panel: How to Navigate the Insurance Market

This class is being hosted by the City of Longmont, not Altitude Community Law.

Whether you live in a newer or older community, if you are part of a Homeowner’s Association, you are most likely familiar with special assessments and monthly dues for general maintenance and insurance costs. Join us to learn more about Colorado’s current legal regulations and requirements for HOAs.

We will host an insurance panel to learn more about market trends and the difference in insurance rates for newer and older associations. Come share and explore ideas for HOAs to mitigate rising costs with other residents and our panel experts.
