Greeley City Class Towing, Xeriscaping, and Vegetable Gardens – Are We Complying with the New Laws?

This class is being hosted by the City of Greeley, not Altitude Community Law.

In 2023 the legislature enacted new laws addressing, among other things, towing, xeriscaping, and protecting owners’ rights to plant gardens.  Is your community in compliance with these new laws and do you have the requisite policies?  If your answer is “no” or “I don’t know” make sure to join us for this webinar where we will discuss the new requirements and what you need to do to ensure compliance.

All classes will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family Funplex at 1501 65^th Avenue. Light refreshments will be served. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Community Development Office.
