How many times have decisions of your board been questioned and challenged by owners claiming the board does not have authority to make sure decisions, without owner approval and input? The struggle is real in many associations, and boards are oftentimes accused of doing horrible things when making decisions, leaving directors to wonder whether they did something wrong. But are owners justified to make sure allegations or are these allegations due to a lack of understanding?
