All Things Leasing: Regulations, Limitations, and Enforcement

As more and more associations seek to regulate leasing, understanding this concept has never been more important. How can associations regulate leasing and what laws exist that can limit such regulations? Does a board have the right to prohibit leasing in the community, or require copies of leases be submitted to the association? In the event an association does have leasing restrictions, how should such restrictions be enforced? This presentation will address all these questions and much more.
